Who is responsible
This website, elessecream.eu (“The Elesse Cream Guide”), is an independent information site. For privacy questions, write to info@elessecream.eu.
What we collect
- Technical data when you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
The site has no user accounts, no comment forms, no newsletter and no on-site order forms. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Legal basis
Delivering and securing the website is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Replying to your message is also our legitimate interest, or steps you asked us to take (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Links to sellers
When you press an order button you leave our website and go to the seller’s page. From that point the seller and its partner network process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your name, address, phone number or payment details.
Retention
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, limited period. Emails are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and to keep a record of it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
